Very reasonable price for such centeral location in Vieux Port. We paid 90ish euros for a premium room, which is more spacious than I expected, and I was more than happy to find its window opening directly to the Viuex Port.

The interior of the room is also delicate and well furnished. I loved the large bathtub and the spacious bathroom particularly, which is rare to find in hotels.

Very nice hotel with large comfortable suites..service was first rate. Front desk and concierge were very helpful. On the south shore of the Vieux Porte..highly recommended.

WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
I just came back from my Europe trip and visited Paris, Marseille, and Barcelona this time. Among all the hotels I had stayed this time (and among all the hotels i have stayed all these years for vacation or business trips), this hotel is the worst.
    1. The receptionists do not really speak English. As a basic skill of being a receptionist in a tourist area and working in customer service, speaking basic English is a must. I am not requiring them to speak perfect English as English is not my first language either but I am at least able to speak fluent English that is work-related. The receptionists are not helpful in terms of providing information either.
    2. The housekeeper did not clean our room on day 3. What they said is we have the sign of "do not disturb" on the door. BUT I AM 100% SURE the sign of "please make the room" was facing outside as we specifically flipped the sign when we went out. That was what we did on the 2nd day and the room was cleaned. Therefore, there is no way they saw "do not disturb" facing them. That was totally nonsense.
    3. This is what pissed me off the most. I left my blouse in the closet when I checked out on day 4. (I am also 100% sure I left it in the closet since the material is silk so I hanged only this blouse in the closet leaving all my other clothes in the suitcase).   I called them immediately when I found out in Barcelona on the same day. The receptionist refused to check the room right away and was quite rude telling me he was busy and asked me to call back next day. When I called back the following day, they told me they did not see my blouse and refused to do any further investigation also in a very rude manner. I do not understand how hard it is to check the closet for me right away. It would only take 2 minutes. Based on what they told me, no one checked in the room we previously stayed. So I figured the only way to explain that they don't see my blouse is either  HOTEL STAFF STOLE MY BLOUSE or HOTEL STAFF DO NOT WANT TO SHIP MY BLOUSE TO ME so they just say they do not see (which will never happen in a 3 star and above hotels in the United States). I requested them to do some further investigation on the issue but never heard back from them and no apology whatsoever.

In conclusion, this hotel is lack of basic customer service and the hotel staffs are lack of integrity and honesty. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.
